Chef Amee has been a guest on the Chat Room, a local family
show, discussing her new book, The Braces Cookbook 2,
co-authored with her good friend, Pamela Waterman.
Chef Amee is not only passionate about teaching kids how to cook,
she also wants to make sure that all kids are able to enjoy her
classes. In her short, on-air tv segments, she teaches viewers how
to make gluten-free, tender-teeth/braces friendly and "on the go
families" some recipes that inspire the challenged at-home cook.
